What if your driver doesn't show up?
While it has never happened, if it does occur, we will cover the order cost and credit your customer for the same amount.
How much experience do you have with food delivery?

What % of commission will I be charged to work with 1st Foodie 2 Go?
Our fees may vary by up to 15% depending on each client's specific situation and needs, however we assure you that our fees will always be lower than what you currently pay those platforms, and there are no upfront costs.
What if the food is delivered late?
If the food is delivered late and the order is canceled, the restaurant will receive a cancellation email explaining the reason for the cancellation.
If the reason is due to our driver, we will cover 100% of the food cost, whereas GrubHub only covers 70%.
Does the restaurant need to call 1stfoodie2go when there is an order for delivery?
No, the restaurant simply needs to prepare the food. we take care of the rest. we receive each delivery order at the same time as you do.
Within minutes of the order being placed, our driver will arrive at your restaurant with their hot/cold bag, ready to confirm the order with your staff and deliver the food to your customer's doorstep in the hot / cold bag.
